- This Constitution may be amended by a majority of the State Convention, or may be amended by the State Central Committee, but only if sixty five percent of those present at the meeting vote in favor of the proposed amendment, provided however, that the State Central Committee may amend this Constitution only at a meeting for which written notice, including a copy of the proposed amendment and a copy of the provision proposed to be amended, is given at least ten days prior to the meeting.
